Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking an Events Marketing Manager based in Spain to lead the regional events strategy for the EMEA region. You will own field events, conferences, customer experiences, and monthly webinars, partnering with marketing, sales, content, design and partnerships to drive demand.

This is a data‑driven, collaborative role in a distributed environment with travel expectations. You will work on multi‑channel campaigns, ensure accurate lead capture and timely follow‑up, and help grow

Qualifications

• 4+ years in event marketing, B2B SaaS preferred.
• Experience planning in-person events across multiple formats in EMEA.
• End-to-end webinars management, ~1 per month.
• Strong PM and organizational skills across time zones.
• Collaborates with Sales for lead follow-up and pipeline growth.
• Proficient with Marketo or similar tools and Salesforce.
• Familiar with Livestorm/Zoom and registration tools.
• Knowledge of lead capture, UTM tracking, attribution and reporting.
• Works with Marketing/Revenue Operations on data flows.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork.
• Willing to travel ~15% for regional events.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the EMEA events calendar, including field events and confs.
• Define objectives, audiences, formats, budgets and success metrics.
• Evaluate sponsorships, speaking engagements, and formats for impact.
• Coordinate venue, vendors, speaker prep, run-of-show and on-site support.
• Develop event materials with Content, Brand, Product Marketing and Sales.
• Plan ~one EMEA webinar per month, including topic selection and localization.
• Run multichannel campaigns to boost registrations and engagement.
• Work with Sales and Marketing Ops on lead routing and follow-up.
• Analyze attendance, engagement, pipeline contribution, revenue impact.
• Maintain reporting and attribution with Revenue/Marketing Ops.
• Build regional playbooks, templates and workflows for efficiency.
• Own the EMEA events program within first 90 days.
