Fourvenues in Valencia seeks an Event Sales & Delegate Relations Intern to join its Fun Business Days 2027 project. You will invite clients, reach out to prospects and VIPs, and maintain guest data in HubSpot/Notion while coordinating registrations and expo partnerships.

The role combines sales, events and CRM duties in a fast-paced nightlife industry context. Ideal candidates are studying marketing, sales or communications, fluent in English, highly organized and available Nov 2026–Apr 2027,

Qualificações

• Studies in protocol, marketing, sales or communication, ongoing with an internship agreement or recently completed.
• Bilingual or fluent English.
• A people person who enjoys talking to others and listening.
• Organised with data; confident using Notion and Google Workspace.
• Availability full-time from November 2026 to end April 2027; weekend availability before the event.

Responsabilidades

• Invite Fourvenues clients to Fun Business Days with account managers.
• Reach out to and win over prospects, industry leaders and VIP guests.
• Maintain guest database in HubSpot/Notion; track invitation status.
• Run email campaigns, follow up by phone/WhatsApp, and send invitation codes.
• Manage registration and tickets; report weekly on registrations.
• Own relationships with expo partners; reconfirm, handle requests, send proposals/ contracts.
• Coordinate speed meetings and introductions between delegates, speakers and leaders.
• Operate the networking app and ensure attendee engagement.
