Job summary

Fourvenues is seeking an Event Production Intern to join our Events team in Valencia and learn how we produce Fun Business Days 2027, a 3,000-attendee nightlife congress. You will manage supplier tracking, budgeting, travel for speakers, and on-site support to ensure on-time delivery of all elements.

With English at C1 level, you will collaborate across internal teams and a production agency, keeping Run of Show docs in Notion, and using AI tools to streamline planning.

Qualifications

• Studies in event management, production or protocol, either ongoing with an internship agreement or recently completed.
• Strong written and spoken English (C1) for international coordination.
• Experience or interest in planning live events, conferences or festivals.

Responsibilities

• Track suppliers: quotes, confirmations, deadlines and invoices.
• Keep the event budget up to date, line by line.
• Organise travel and accommodation for speakers and the team.
• Manage speakers: confirmations, technical needs, materials and schedules.
• Work with Fourvenues internal teams and the production agency so every deliverable arrives on time.
• Keep the production documentation in Notion: run of show, timings, checklists and contacts.
• Be on site for build and show, and help close the edition afterwards.
