Fourvenues is seeking an Event Production Intern to join our Events team in Valencia and learn how we produce Fun Business Days 2027, a 3,000-attendee nightlife congress. You will manage supplier tracking, budgeting, travel for speakers, and on-site support to ensure on-time delivery of all elements.

With English at C1 level, you will collaborate across internal teams and a production agency, keeping Run of Show docs in Notion, and using AI tools to streamline planning.

Qualifikationen

• Studies in event management, production or protocol, either ongoing with an internship agreement or recently completed.
• Strong written and spoken English (C1) for international coordination.
• Experience or interest in planning live events, conferences or festivals.

Your Mission

We are looking for anEvent Production Internto join our Events team and see from the inside how we produce Fun Business Days 2027, the nightlife industry congress we run in Valencia: 3,000 attendees, 4 stages, 40 stands and 50 speakers. If you love detail, can juggle many things at once and want to learn how a large event is produced end to end, we want to meet you!

What You'll Be Doing

Your profile

• Studies in event management, production or protocol, either ongoing (with an internship agreement) or recently completed.

• Full professional English (C1).

• Confident with Notion and Google Workspace, especially spreadsheets.

• You use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) in your daily work.

• Full-time availability from November 2026 to the end of April 2027.

• Weekend availability during the 3 weeks before the event.

• Organised, detail oriented and eager to learn.
