Stark Future SL is seeking a Production Test Engineer to keep the electrical test stations on our Battery production line running. This hands-on role requires diagnosing failures, maintaining test stations, and feeding production data back to engineering for root-cause fixes.

You will work on semi-automated end-of-line test systems, collaborate with engineering, and contribute to continuous improvement on high-voltage battery testing while supporting ramp-up of new stations and product variants.

Formación

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or Automotive Engineering or equivalent hands-on qualification.
• Over 1 year in a production/manufacturing environment on electrical test or test stations.
• Experience with batteries and HV testing equipment.
• Comfort reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and test station documentation.
• Can bus fundamentals and diagnostics ability.
• PLC experience at diagnostic level (Siemens TIA Portal, Beckhoff TwinCAT or similar).
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate on design of semi-automated end-of-line test systems.
• Lead assembly, maintenance and continuous improvement of end-of-line test systems.
• Improve testing systems by adding capabilities and expanding coverage.
• Define timelines, milestones and testing requirements for new prototypes.
• Generate technical documentation for test equipment and reports.
• Generate production reports using statistics to track KPIs.
• Analyse PCBA schematics to diagnose failures and repair line rejects.
• Provide periodic project status updates and identify blocking points.
• Keep work instructions and station docs up to date for floor use.
• Support ramp-up of new stations and new product variants.
