BOLD is seeking a Product Engineer to define and implement battery pack production lines for high-performance electrification projects. You will drive process architecture for assembly, welding and EOL, ensuring quality, safety and scalable manufacturing along with plant layout and line commissioning.
Collaborating with engineering and design teams, you will optimise manufacturability, recommend tooling improvements and coordinate with suppliers for equipment and integration, while guiding risk
Formación
- 1+ years of experience as a Production/Manufacturing Engineer in an industrial setting.
- Experience with battery pack manufacturing processes and assembly, welding and EOL.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 desirable.
- Experience with industrial automation and tooling design.
Responsabilidades
- Define the technical concept of battery pack production lines from prototype to production.
- Develop the process architecture for assembly, welding and end-of-line operations.
- Ensure industrial solutions meet quality, safety and scalability requirements.
- Plan plant layout and production flow; support line commissioning and stabilisation.
- Collaborate with engineering to improve manufacturability and design for cost and quality.
- Define fixtures, tooling and handling systems; assess industrial risks early.
