Stark Future in Barcelona is seeking a Prototype Engineer – Powertrain Assembly to join the growing Process Development team. You will define and plan the build-up of batteries, motors and inverters, coordinating with engineering and workshop to bring concepts to reality.

You will create build-up specifications, plan configurations, and ensure timely, safe, and high-quality assembly outcomes, with hands-on involvement and rapid decision-making in a dynamic startup setting.

Formación

• Proven experience with prototype build-ups of high voltage batteries, motors and inverters.
• Experience with measurement equipment and assembly processes is a plus.
• Experience taking prototypes from scratch to series production.
• Ability to define, plan and organise assemblies.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, English required, Spanish beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead powertrain prototype assembly planning.
• Develop measurement plans for sensors (temperature, pressure, etc.).
• Create build-up configurations and assemble instructions.
• Coordinate with engineering and workshop for efficient builds.
• Ensure feedback from builds informs future designs.
• Plan validation and testing activities for battery systems.
• Maintain safety and material handling in the workshop.
• Ensure traceability with build history and specifications.
