BOLD is expanding its engineering team to industrialise battery pack production lines, from prototype to small-volume production. You will define technical concepts, design layouts, and optimize processes for assembly, welding and EOL testing to ensure quality and manufacturability.

You will collaborate with engineering to improve product designs for manufacturability, coordinate with suppliers and automation integrators, and drive continuous improvement from early development through ramp-up.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Process Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer in industrial manufacturing.
• Hands‑on experience with battery pack manufacturing processes.
• Strong knowledge of assembly, welding, and EOL testing.
• Experience with automation systems and tooling design.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Define the technical concept of battery pack production lines from prototype to production.
• Develop and optimise manufacturing processes for assembly, welding, and EOL testing.
• Ensure production solutions meet quality, safety, scalability, and manufacturability.
• Support plant layouts, production flows, and manufacturing concepts.
• Provide technical support during equipment commissioning, process validation, and ramp-up.
• Collaborate with engineering to optimise manufacturability.
• Recommend design improvements to enhance production efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with suppliers and automation integrators.
