Stark Future, based in Sant Boi, Barcelona, seeks an R&D Technician – Battery Assembly to own prototype battery builds, sensor integration, and testing. You will ensure tools and the workshop remain in top condition, akin to an F1 pit area, while collaborating with engineers to advance EV battery tech.

You will bring HV battery assembly experience, strong organizational skills, and fluency in Spanish with working English.

Formación

• Experience with high voltage battery assembly, tear‑down and testing.
• Extremely organized and able to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent Spanish and basic English required.
• EV/battery related HV education or certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of building up complex prototype batteries and install sensors.
• Analyze and repair battery electrical and hardware issues.
• Support development with assembly, tear‑down and testing as defined by engineers.
• Organize battery build‑ups for testing and documentation.
• Travel to test sites or distributors when required.
