Henry Schein One in Barcelona, Spain, is seeking a Talent Partner to support European operations across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering, Operations and Finance. You will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, manage end-to-end recruitment, and introduce data-driven hiring processes while partnering with Head of People to scale our European teams.

Fluency in Italian and Spanish is mandatory.

Formación

• 4–6 years of recruitment experience (in-house exposure preferable)
• Experience hiring a range of Commercial positions (Engineering and Operations is a bonus)
• Mature sourcing skills across a variety of platforms, tools, and methods
• Credible experience in creating sourcing strategies
• Experience with ATS systems (Team Tailor, Workday preferable)
• Exposure to data-driven hiring or reporting
• Fluency in Italian & Spanish mandatory

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute sourcing strategies to identify high calibre talent
• Proactively engage passive candidates via LinkedIn, sourcing platforms, and other channels
• Own the pipeline management of all direct talent with the ATS for your positions
• Act as a brand ambassador, articulating the company’s vision, mission and culture
• Conduct video screening calls to assess candidate skill, motivation & cultural suitability
• Coordinate and streamline interview processes and support salary discussions
