Responsibilities

• Underwrite profitable business per plans and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate underwriting documentation and policy wordings.
• Lead submission management, broker relations, and renewals.
• Develop local wordings with UW teams in UK/Continental Europe.
• Monitor premiums vs. budget and supply underwriting strategy.
• Participate in risk reviews and QA within timelines.
• Provide data for reinsurance strategy and market meetings.
