Job summary

HBX Group is seeking an OTC Strategic Supervisor to lead a team of about 10 officers across Europe, driving cash collection and working capital targets. The role partners with Sales, Credit Risk and Finance to resolve complex cases while ensuring policy compliance.

You will optimize DSO, monitor KPIs, and foster continuous improvement in Order-to-Cash processes within a multinational, dynamic travel tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Collections, OTC, Credit Management or AR.
• Experience leading finance or shared services teams.
• Strong knowledge of cash flow, credit risk and collection processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an OTC team of ~10 officers across Europe.
• Drive DSO, cash collection, and overdue reduction targets.
• Monitor aging reports and escalate financial risks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Billing and Finance on complex matters.
• Participate in governance meetings and continuous improvement.
