Job summary

Driscoll’s is seeking an OTC Cash & Collection Specialist to manage customer accounts across the EMEA region. You will ensure accurate payment application, follow up on overdue invoices, and resolve disputes in collaboration with Sales and Finance.

You will work closely with customers and internal teams to support cash flow and customer experience. Strong English skills are essential; additional European languages are a plus, and a full-time role in an international environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Strong Excel skills and ERP familiarity are preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Collections is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process daily bank statements for EU and UK portfolios.
• Apply customer payments accurately and timely.
• Send statements and payment reminders to customers.
• Follow up on overdue invoices and resolve disputes.
• Coordinate disputes with Sales and Finance teams.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Reconcile AR balances and assist month-end closing.
