Wayon Energy seeks a driven sales leader to expand its global footprint in medium voltage products. You will build a distributor network, engage international markets, and drive project pipelines across Europe.

Responsibilities include expanding Grid customers, negotiating contracts, delivering technical and commercial proposals, and ensuring high customer satisfaction in a performance-driven environment.

Formación

• Experience in selling medium voltage products (e.g., recloser, distribution transformer, RMU, Switchgear).
• At least 5 years in the European power utility sector.
• Existing channel partner network or sales resources preferred.
• Fluent in English; strong resilience and result-driven mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop overseas distributors and channel partners and build project pipelines.
• Directly expand Grid customers in Europe, including client visits, bidding, and contract negotiation.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve satisfaction and service quality.
• Customize and deliver technical/commercial proposals and explain documents to clients.
• Complete other tasks for business expansion as assigned by senior management.
