Wayon Energy is seeking a driven Channel Development Manager to expand its footprint in the European power utilities market, focusing on medium voltage products.

The role emphasizes identifying overseas distributors, expanding regional grid customers, managing bids and contracts, and delivering tailored technical and commercial proposals. English fluency and a proactive, results-driven mindset are essential.

Formación

• Experience selling medium voltage products (e.g. recloser, distribution transformer, RMU, switchgear).
• Minimum 5 years in European power utility sector with proven success.
• Existing channel partner network or sales resources preferred.
• Fluent in English as working language.
• Resilience, adaptability and a results-driven mindset; able to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop overseas distributors and channel partners.
• Expand grid customers in Europe through client visits, bidding, contracts, and relationships.
• Gather feedback and coordinate resources to improve customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver technical/commercial proposals tailored to client needs.
• Support senior management in business expansion initiatives.
