Job summary

Camlin Energy is seeking a commercially focused Regional Marketing Manager to lead marketing execution across Europe. This role develops and delivers regional marketing plans that create demand, support strategic account growth, strengthen customer relationships and contribute directly to revenue and pipeline objectives.

Working closely with regional sales teams, product specialists and senior stakeholders, the successful candidate will ensure marketing activity is aligned with priority markets,

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
• Strong content writing skills, with ability to translate technical product info into creative copy.
• Experience supporting complex technical or industrial products and services.
• Strong understanding of demand generation and pipeline development.
• Experience working with sales teams and supporting strategic accounts through ABM.
• Experience in energy, utilities, electrical infrastructure, industrial tech or critical infrastructure sectors.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Knowledge of European utility and energy markets.
• Experience operating within a matrix or multinational organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned to regional business objectives.
• Translate global marketing strategies into local market activity.
• Drive integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, ABM and customer engagement programmes.
• Ensure regional marketing activity supports revenue growth, pipeline creation and customer retention.
• Develop regional-specific messaging frameworks to drive high-quality output of marketing materials and thought-leadership content.
• Partner closely with regional sales leadership and account teams.
• Support strategic account growth through targeted customer engagement programmes.
• Develop marketing initiatives that accelerate opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Create customer-focused assets that support commercial conversations and account progression.
• Deliver campaigns that generate qualified leads and measurable pipeline impact.
• Lead regional event strategy, including industry exhibitions, executive briefings, webinars and customer forums.
