Wyndham Hotels & Resorts EMEA, through its IDILIQ partnership, is seeking a dynamic dealmaker to lead hotel development across Mainland Spain, the Canaries, Balearics, Portugal and the Mediterranean. You will build relationships with owners and investors, structure and close agreements, and own the full deal lifecycle from outreach to approval, with responsibility for a broad regional portfolio.

This role offers autonomy, travel, and high-impact revenue growth within a leading global hospitality

Qualifikationen

• Experience in business development, real estate or hospitality.
• Strong network across owners, investors or operators.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (additional languages a plus).

• Spot opportunities: identify new hotel projects and conversions.
• Build relationships with owners, investors, developers and partners.
• Structure, negotiate and close management agreements.
• Analyze feasibility and valuation to unlock project potential.
• Own the full deal lifecycle from outreach to approval.
• Coordinate internal teams to bring deals to life.
