Emerson is seeking a Project Pursuit Manager Engineered Solutions to identify, develop, and win Engineered Solutions opportunities across Europe. You will engage customers early in their project lifecycle, shape opportunities, influence specifications, and drive pursuits through to order awards.

You will lead cross-functional pursuit teams, collaborate with EPCs, OEMs, and end users, and manage strategy, forecasting, and negotiations to achieve growth across multiple industries.

Formación

• Experience in sales, business development, pursuit management within industrial sectors.
• Proven ability to convert opportunities into awarded projects.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel across Europe (~30%).

Responsabilidades

• Identify and pursue Engineered Solutions opportunities across Europe to win orders.
• Lead strategic sales pursuits from opportunity identification to contract award.
• Build relationships with end users, EPCs, OEMs, and key decision-makers.
• Coordinate cross-functional pursuit teams and align customer needs with strategy.
• Manage forecasting, pipeline visibility, and pursuit management discipline.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
