Job summary

Cathay Biotech Inc. is seeking a motivated sales leader to drive growth across Europe, set targets, and develop relationships with key customers. You will lead in managing accounts and close strategic deals across the region.

The role requires negotiating offers, guiding pricing, and coordinating with marketing, product, and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Fluency in English and German is required; willingness to travel across Europe is essential.

Qualifications

BSc degree or above in a chemical related field.
Proven track record of achieving sales goals and growing revenue.
Experience working with chemistry leading customers.
At least 10 years' of experience in sales management in the chemical industry, preferably in Europe.
Experience working with a wide variety of customers in a home office/field-base capacity.
Strong market analytical skills, communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English and German; French would be a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel frequently within Europe.

Responsibilities

Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs for the European region.
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
Manage leads and offers for clients including specification, technical and pricing.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback.
