Expert Executive Recruiters (EER Global) seeks a Sales Manager – Supply Partnerships to grow publisher partnerships across Europe, focusing on mobile gaming and in-app environments. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and handoffs to account management.

This hunter role requires building a territory strategy, engaging stakeholders at all levels, negotiating agreements, and maintaining an accurate Salesforce pipeline to drive revenue growth in the European programmatic

Formación

• 3+ years in supply sales, BD, or publisher development in adtech/mobile advertising.
• Fluency in English and strong negotiation skills.
• Existing relationships with app developers or publishers.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full business development cycle for new publisher partnerships: identify, prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close strategic publisher and app developer deals.
• Build and execute a territory strategy to grow the company's supply footprint, identifying whitespace and prioritizing verticals.
• Engage stakeholders at every level throughout the sales cycle—from developers to senior decision-makers.
• Manage commercial negotiations, agreements, and onboarding with cross-functional teams for long-term partner success.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline of opportunities in Salesforce, with regular forecasting and deal progress reporting.
• Conduct research and data analysis to tailor pitches and identify revenue growth opportunities.
• Stay current on market trends in mobile advertising and the programmatic supply ecosystem.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events.
