Expert Executive Recruiters (Eer Global) is assisting a client to hire a Sales Manager – Supply Partnerships to grow the publisher supply base across Europe, focusing on mobile gaming and in-app environments. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and handoffs to account management for ongoing relationships.

The role is hunter-focused, demanding a proven record of meeting targets, strong negotiation, and deep knowledge of mobile advertising ecosystems.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in supply sales, business development, or publisher development within adtech, mobile advertising, or app monetization.
• Fluency in English.
• Existing relationships with app developers, publishers, or mobile advertising stakeholders.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a quota-carrying role.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with ability to navigate legal and commercial discussions independently.
• Experience managing sales pipelines through Salesforce or a similar CRM.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full business development cycle for new publisher partnerships: identify, prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close.
• Build and execute a territory strategy to grow the supply footprint.
• Engage stakeholders at every level throughout the sales cycle.
• Manage commercial negotiations, agreements, and onboarding with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline of opportunities in Salesforce with forecasting and progress reporting.
• Conduct research and data analysis to tailor pitches and identify growth opportunities.
