You will forecast sales, monitor data quality in SFDC, analyze KPIs, and drive improvements across regions while coordinating with senior leadership.

The role requires extensive experience in sales operations and a proven ability to manage global processes, with strong communication and leadership skills to guide a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• At least 12 years of experience in sales operations, sales management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a global context.
• Strong proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and develop actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead global sales operations strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Forecast global sales by gathering inputs from hubs and regions and adjust forecasts regularly.
• Ensure data integrity in CRM tools (SFDC) and monitor sales activity.
• Analyze KPIs to identify trends and opportunities across regions.
• Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management.
• Refine global sales processes and implement best practices to improve efficiency.
• Lead and develop a diverse workforce to foster accountability and growth.
