ERM is seeking a senior Partner to lead our Sustainable Product & Supply Chain growth in Southern Europe, with a focus on Crop Protection and agricultural chemicals. The role requires translating complex regulatory requirements into strategic client solutions and building long-term relationships.

The Partner will drive business development, shape proposals, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across sectors to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Competenze

• Experience in regulatory landscape for crop protection and chemical products, including EU and GB REACH.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement strategic business plans, provide leadership, and deliver performance results to expand ERM's Sustainable Product & Supply Chain team and client base.
• Drive double-digit profitable growth across targeted sectors through innovative service delivery and market engagement.
• As a senior ‘seller/doer’, personally win project work annually with support from peers, account directors and technical experts.
• Be client facing, with a proven track record of developing Key Client relationships to meet business development needs.
• Design and direct large projects and multi-person project teams. Achieve client's expectations for scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
• Provide people leadership - lead, coach and mentor consultants and ensure the team delivers high quality of work and continue to be developed.
• Actively promote and cross-sell ERM’s diverse service areas to drive broader client impact.
• Leverage ERM’s global network, working closely with offices across EMEA and other regions to provide integrated solutions to clients.
