Job summary

Mars Veterinary Health is seeking a Client Director for the Operating Unit across Spain, Portugal, Italy, and more. The role partners with OU leadership to embed client and marketing levers in growth plans, driving revenue, retention and market positioning.

You will lead initiatives with Central teams, turn client insights into commercial actions, and oversee ROI-focused campaigns, customer experience improvements, and performance governance within the OU.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field is required.
• Experience in trade marketing and managing regional marketing with ROI focus.
• Fluency in local language(s) and English proficiency required.
• Experience with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and customer care.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a core member of the OU Leadership Team, shaping strategic plans and performance.
• Lead the rollout of client initiatives within the OU, ensuring ROI and measurable impact.
• Champion the voice of the client and improve CX with the Central CX team.
• Provide monthly performance updates to OU Leadership and align with Central functions.
