Job summary

Sika is establishing a new regional role to drive and strengthen Customer Order Management across EMEA. You will lead end-to-end COM improvements, harmonize processes, and enhance OTIF performance while coordinating with Logistics, Planning, Production and Sales to ensure customer expectations are met.

Based anywhere in Europe with 30% travel, you will influence senior stakeholders in a matrix organization, develop capabilities, and drive governance of ERP/SAP order management and master data

Qualifications

• End-to-end order management expertise in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with ERP/SAP order management and master data.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional COM excellence across EMEA to standardize processes.
• Drive harmonization of order management standards and governance.
• Improve OTIF performance and customer service metrics.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Planning, Production, Sales, and Operations.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards and reporting for backlog and delivery.
