Array Technologies seeks a Senior HRBP for the EMEA region based in Pamplona to partner with regional leaders and drive HR strategies that align with global objectives. The role focuses on talent, total rewards, compliance, and organizational capability across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

You will collaborate with Corporate HR leadership in Chandler and the EMEA team to enable growth, optimize workforce planning, and ensure governance across HR processes and policies while maintaining

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience supporting multiple countries within EMEA.
• Experience implementing HR programs for a U.S.-headquartered company.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience with Workday or similar enterprise HRIS platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Corporate HR representative for the EMEA region.
• Partner with Chandler-based HR Centers of Excellence to align regional HR programs with global standards.
• Drive consistent execution of HR processes and governance in the EMEA region.
• Support payroll, absence, timekeeping, and HR transformation readiness.
• Develop talent pipelines and succession planning for key roles in EMEA.
• Enable revenue growth and operational execution through strategic HR initiatives.
