Universidad Complutense de Madrid's Oficina Europea de I+D - OTRI is seeking a skilled Research Project Manager to oversee EU funding processes and financial reporting for Horizon 2020/Europe projects.

The role focuses on cost justifications, grant preparation, audits, and regulatory compliance, partnering with EC Project Officers and internal departments to ensure timely, compliant project execution.

Qualifikationen

• University degree MECES Level 2 or equivalent.
• At least two years of professional experience in research management.
• Experience with EU Framework Programme projects (Horizon 2020/Europe).
• Knowledge of financial reporting and cost justification for EU-funded projects.
• Proficiency with research project management software (UNIVERSITAS XXI, FUNDANET).

Aufgaben

• Prepare and submit periodic financial statements and cost justifications.
• Support EC audits and certificate checks for EU projects.
• Coordinate Grant Agreement Preparation and liaise with EC officers.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, and cost eligibility.
• Provide advisory services via EU Funding & Tenders Portal.
