IMDEA Energy is seeking a highly motivated candidate to join the International projects management team. The role involves coordinating European and international R&D projects, managing grants, budgets, reporting and audits, and supporting proposals for Horizon Europe and related calls.

You will work with partners across a range of EU programs, ensuring compliance with EC rules, monitoring workplans, and contributing to dissemination and exploitation activities, with emphasis on financial

Formación

Official Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics, Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in the management of European projects or proposals.
Proven experience (more than 3 years) in financial management and/or cost reporting of R&D projects, including budget monitoring and interaction with consortium partners.

Responsabilidades

Coordinate and manage international European and international R&D projects and grants awarded to IMDEA Energy.
Manage grant and consortium agreements, project reporting, meetings/events, and financial management including audits.
Prepare budgets, monitor resources, and ensure cost allocation aligns with EU rules and internal procedures.
Support preparation and coordination of periodic financial reporting and audits, liaising with partners and auditors.
Contribute to dissemination, communication and exploitation activities and impact-related inputs.
