Nuitée is hiring an Implementation Manager to own the hotel onboarding journey and serve as the first point of contact for our direct supply partners. You’ll drive the process from contract to go-live, coordinate connectivity setup, and keep internal teams aligned to move onboarding faster.

This role is built from scratch to scale direct supply onboarding, working with cross-functional teams and external hotels to ensure smooth onboarding and rapid live status.

Formación

• 2+ years in hotel onboarding, connectivity, operations, or travel tech.
• Experience working with hotels, channel managers, OTAs, bedbanks, or hospitality tech.
• Strong in leading external partner calls and building relationships.
• Organized to manage multiple onboarding pipelines and tickets.
• Customer-focused with proactive problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Own the hotel onboarding journey from contract to live on the platform.
• Coordinate connectivity setup and fix technical issues when needed.
• Develop SOPs and playbooks to scale onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with Loading, Connectivity, Product and Engineering teams.
