Hub OS is seeking an Implementation Specialist for Portugal to lead onboarding of our hotel operations platform, on-site or remotely, ensuring tailored configurations for each client’s needs. Reporting to the Quality Director, you will collaborate with Sales and Support, gather requirements, configure systems, train users, and manage multiple implementations while traveling up to 50% internationally.

• 2+ years in a similar implementation role.
• Strong hospitality/HotelOps background (PMS, Revenue, Channel Managers) preferred.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish desirable; other languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and present client onboarding plans.
• Guide clients to complete configuration files on time.
• Gather requirements for live environment setup and config.
• Configure software to reflect hotel operations processes.
• Serve as primary implementation contact and ensure progress.
• Advise on adapting processes to the software.
• Manage multiple implementations and timelines.
• Deliver training and support during UAT/testing.
