Nuitée is seeking its first dedicated IT Manager to design and build the internal IT function from the ground up. You will own IT strategy and hands-on implementation for a ~350-person, globally distributed company with a strong emphasis on security, identity, and automation.

Based in Barcelona with hybrid work arrangements, you will shape tooling, onboarding, and access controls, while paving the way to grow the team as Nuitée scales and expands its global footprint.

Formación

• Hands-on IT ownership at a technology company or scale-up.
• Experience building an IT function from the ground up.
• Strong identity, access and permissions management.
• Familiarity with internal security and device management.
• Curious about applying AI and automation to IT operations.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement the IT function for a ~350-person company.
• Set strategy and lead early-stage IT initiatives.
• Own onboarding, access management, and security controls.
• Lead tooling, security, and employee experience improvements.
• Build and grow the IT team as the company scales.
