Job summary

TikTok is seeking an entrepreneurial, commercially driven Key Account Manager to win and grow the most important fashion brands on TikTok Shop in Spain and across the EU. This is an individual contributor role focused on acquiring major brands, driving growth, and scaling partners across EU markets.

You will lead end-to-end partnerships, engage C-suite stakeholders, and develop tailored acquisition pitches with cross-functional collaboration to remove friction and accelerate time-to-first-sale

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience in Operations, Account management or similar fields.
• Proven track record in direct enterprise-level deal closures.
• Business fluency in Spanish and ability to collaborate with Spanish stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own acquisition pipeline for priority fashion brands in ES and selected EU markets; sign strategic accounts.
• Lead end-to-end commercial closings—from first outreach to onboarding and 90 days activation.
• Engage C-suite and Directors to position TikTok Shop as a core channel, not a pilot.
• Drive ongoing account growth and cross-market rollout across EU countries.
