TikTok is seeking a Key Account Management Graduate for TikTok Shop Operations in Madrid. You will acquire major fashion brands, engage senior stakeholders, and drive sustained growth across Spain and selected EU markets.

The role blends direct sales with long-term account incubation, offering exposure to cross-functional teams and multi-country collaboration. Successful graduates will join a fast-growing team and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

Formación

• First experience in a direct acquisition, business development, or strategic sales role.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to size opportunities, build business cases, negotiate terms, and drive measurable outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Own the acquisition pipeline for priority fashion brands in DE and selected EU markets — identify, prospect, pitch, and sign strategic accounts.
• Lead end-to-end commercial closings — from first outreach through term sheet, onboarding, and first 90 days of activation.
• Engage C-suite, VP, and Director-level stakeholders at target brands and position TikTok Shop as a strategic channel.
• Navigate multi-market brand organizations and align local market teams, EU HQ, and regional leads around a single partnership vision.
• Develop tailored acquisition pitches with category analysis, opportunity sizing, and commercial terms.
• Partner cross-functionally with category, campaigns, creator, operations, logistics, product, and policy teams to accelerate time-to-first-sale for new accounts.
• Drive ongoing account growth for acquired partners and scale in additional EU markets.
• Lead data-driven recommendations for content strategy, creator collaborations, and promotions.
