Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U. is seeking experienced systems engineers to help launch the European Sovereign Cloud (ESC) and lead cloud operations for EU customers.

You will work with global AWS teams to ensure high availability across EC2, S3, Dynamo, Lambda and Bedrock services, while contributing to ongoing improvements in performance and reliability. The role emphasizes scripting, Linux, and networking skills, with a focus on secure, compliant operations across the EU region.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related IT discipline.
• Experience scripting and software development with Linux-based systems.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and cloud service ops.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the launch of the European Sovereign Cloud in 2025.
• Collaborate with global AWS teams to evolve services and technology.
• Drive availability, reliability, latency, and efficiency improvements for EU customers.
• Occasionally participate in on-call rotations to resolve incidents.
