Amazon is seeking experienced systems engineers to help build and operate the European Sovereign Cloud (ESC) for EU customers. You will work within the AWS Managed Operations team to deliver highly available services including EC2, S3, Dynamo, Lambda, and Bedrock, with a focus on automation and reliability.

You will collaborate with global teams to evolve operations, improve performance, and ensure continuous improvements in availability and efficiency.

Formación

• Experience in Linux OS and network troubleshooting or networking administration.
• Experience in systems engineering, site reliability engineering, building and operating systems at scale.
• Ability to lead SOP creation and drive operational best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee ongoing operations and expansion of the European Sovereign Cloud (ESC).
• Collaborate with global AWS teams to improve availability, latency and efficiency.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotations and resolve incidents outside normal hours.
