HP seeks an experienced professional to lead environmental due diligence and compliance across HP's supply chain. You will partner with procurement and suppliers to identify, assess, mitigate, and prevent environmental risks, aligning with CSRD and related directives.

Collaboration across Sustainability, Legal, and Compliance is essential to meet evolving regulatory requirements and improve reporting and processes.

Formación

• Four-year or graduate degree in Sustainability, ESG, or related field.
• 4–7 years in ESG supply chain or project management.
• Experience with CSRD/CSDDD/CS3D is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Program manage the implementation of environmental due diligence and reporting per CSRD and CS3D requirements.
• Partner with Procurement and suppliers to design programs addressing environmental risks across HP’s supply chain.
• Drive supplier engagement to align with HP’s environmental standards and due diligence processes.
• Support integration of due diligence outcomes into sustainability reporting and compliance frameworks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sustainability, Legal, Procurement, and Compliance.
• Monitor evolving regulatory requirements and support continuous improvement of processes and tools.
