HP Inc. in Spain is seeking a Strategic Development Manager to drive cross-functional, global procurement programs from inception to adoption, aligning with the overall sourcing strategy.

The role requires strong business acumen with supply chain knowledge, change management expertise, and executive-level communication to partner with stakeholders and sponsors. You will lead complex initiatives, define success metrics, manage risks, and mentor junior project managers as part of a dynamic

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8–10+ years in Supply Chain and/or Finance with broad process knowledge.
• Experience on ERP or Supply Chain Planning projects.
• 6+ years leading global/virtual projects.
• PMP and/or Lean Sigma certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Convert business plans into procurement actions and deliveries.
• Develop prioritized project plans based on priorities, impact and risks.
• Lead cross-functional, global initiatives from inception to adoption.
• Secure partnerships with stakeholders to drive fast execution.
• Define success metrics and monitor change progress.
