Senovo IT Ltd in Madrid is seeking a hands-on Integration Project Manager to own data migrations and interface workstreams for the Spain and Portugal scope within a Group ERP program leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, challenge specifications, coordinate local IT teams and the external integrator, track risks in Azure DevOps, and ensure a smooth cutover within an 18-month hybrid assignment.

Formación

• 5+ years as Integration, Technical or Data Migration PM on ERP programs.
• Ownership of data migration and interface workstreams end-to-end.
• Solid understanding of APIs, middleware, batch interfaces and data exchanges.
• Able to challenge functional and technical specs.
• Multi-country or multi-entity rollout experience.
• Spanish and English proficiency; Portuguese is a plus.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.

Responsabilidades

• Own the data migration stream: mapping, data quality, transformation rules with business teams.
• Own the interface inventory for the Iberian scope and align with Group architecture.
• Drive integration and migration testing with the integrator: SIT, performance, cutover, UAT support.
• Coordinate local IT teams, legacy system owners and the Group program team.
• Track progress, risks and dependencies in Azure DevOps.
• Deliver the handover pack to Spanish and Portuguese IT before assignment end.

Project Summary

Group ERP program migrating 3 country legacy ERPs into a single Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform. We are looking for an Integration Project Manager to own the integrations and data migrations for the Spain and Portugal scope.

What we are looking for

A hands-on integration and migration PM. Not a coordinator, not a Product Owner. Someone who owns the workstream, drives it to delivery, challenges the integrator and unblocks the local teams.

Must have

• 5+ years as Integration, Technical or Data Migration Project Manager on ERP programs
• Proven ownership of data migration and interface workstreams, end to end (this is the core of the role)
• Solid understanding of APIs, middleware, batch interfaces and data exchanges
• Able to challenge functional and technical specs, not just track them
• Multi-country or multi-entity rollout experience
• Spanish and English
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations rollout or implementation
• Portuguese
• PMP or PRINCE2

Not a blocker

Dynamics 365 experience is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with strong integration and migration track records on other ERPs (SAP, Oracle, Infor, Sage) are fully considered.
