Job summary

Orisha is seeking an ERP Consultant to join its Agrifood Ibérica unit. Based in Zaragoza, Logroño, or Seville with a 100% remote option across Spain, you will implement and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central within agrifood operations.

You will collaborate with the Services, Operations, and Support Managers, deliver data migrations, train users, and provide ongoing functional support to ensure long-term value.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in technology consulting or ERP integration/implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Understanding of agrifood/agribusiness sector.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize client operations to tailor the ERP system for production, traceability, and workflows.
• Configure Dynamics 365 BC, manage data migration, and adapt the system to day-to-day reality.
• Train end-user teams to ensure rapid adoption and productivity.
• Provide high-level functional support and continuously improve system performance.

Job description

Join the Agrifood Ibérica Business Unit at Orisha, a leading software vendor for professionals in olive oil, grains, animal nutrition, wine, fruits & vegetables, livestock, and distribution.

As an ERP Consultant, you will join a 5-person team reporting to the Services Manager and work closely with the Operations Manager as well as the Support Manager.

Based in Zaragoza, Logroño, or Seville (with a 100% remote work option across Spain), you will be at the heart of our clients' digital transformation: powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, you will translate complex business challenges into high-performing, seamless, and impactful software solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze & Optimize: Gain a deep understanding of our clients' operations to tailor the ERP system, streamlining their production, traceability, and specific business workflows.
• Deploy & Deliver: Configure the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solution, manage data migration, and adapt the system to the day-to-day operational realities of agrifood businesses.
• Train & Support Adoption: Train and upskill end-user teams to ensure rapid adoption and maximize their day-to-day productivity.
• Support & Continuously Improve: Provide high-level, ongoing functional support and actively resolve user issues to secure long-term value and performance.

Who You Are

• You bring at least 2 years of experience in technology consulting or ERP integration/implementation.
• You have proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• You understand the key challenges, workflows, and specifics of the agrifood / agribusiness sector.
• You are fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English to communicate effectively with clients and collaborate with international group teams.
• Proactive and solution-oriented, you enjoy taking ownership from day one and expanding your skill set within a passionate team.

This position is available as a full-time, permanent contract (CDI), based in Zaragoza, Logroño, or Seville (hybrid model with 2 days per week in the office) or 100% remote anywhere in Spain.

Salary: €18k-€20k for a junior profile; €25k-€35k for an experienced/specialist profile, depending on expertise.

Occasional travel required (1 to 2 times per month).

Flexible working hours from Monday to Thursday (8:00 AM-5:30 PM), with reduced hours on Fridays and during the summer (8:00 AM to 3:00 PM).
