Orisha in Zaragoza is seeking an ERP Functional Consultant in Customer Services to bridge customer business operations with our technical teams and unlock value from ERP solutions. You will lead incident resolution, perform functional analysis, prepare documentation and training, and support process improvements across purchasing, sales, inventory, and finance.

Fluency in Spanish and 2–5 years in ERP consulting are required. This permanent on-site role is based at C.

Formación

• 2–5 years in ERP functional consulting, ERP implementation projects or IT/ERP support.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field as specified.
• Fluent in Spanish and strong business process knowledge across purchasing, sales, inventory, warehousing, logistics, finance.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to explain complex topics to end users.
• Autonomous, organized, and customer oriented with good documentation habits.

ERP Functional Consultant - Customer Services

Join our Customer Services team and support our growing customer base in maximizing the everyday value of their ERP solutions!

As an ERP Functional Consultant within Customer Services, you will act as the key bridge between customer business operations and our technical teams. Your mission: solve day-to-day operational challenges, deliver guidance and training, and advise clients on continuous process improvement to ensure they unlock the full potential of their software.

Your missions

1/ Lead Customer Service & Incident Resolution

• Manage customer service tickets end-to-end (inquiries, functional questions, incidents, and change requests), from initial contact through to final resolution, ensuring compliance with agreed service levels (SLAs);

• Manage critical incidents with composure to minimize operational impact and guarantee business continuity for our customers;

• Coordinate escalations and corrective actions with the technical team through to final implementation and release;

• Analyze recurring issues and propose business process improvements to prevent future incidents.

2/ Functional Analysis & Evolution Delivery

• Analyze customer requirements and define efficient functional solutions aligned with both software capabilities and industry best practices;

• Prepare detailed functional and analytical documentation (specifications, change requests, quotations) for custom developments and enhancements;

• Collaborate closely with technical teams throughout the delivery lifecycle: functional acceptance testing, quality assurance, non-regression tests, and deployment follow-up.

3/ Training, Customer Enablement & Documentation

• Deliver customer training sessions focused on specific business processes and new ways of working to foster user adoption;

• Prepare and configure testing environments and support customer validation activities;

• Produce, update, and maintain functional manuals, standard operating procedures, and customer enablement materials.

Who are you?

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Management, or a related field;

• You have 2 to 5 years of experience in ERP functional consulting, ERP implementation projects, or IT/ERP customer support services;

• You are fluent in Spanish (mandatory daily working language for this role);

• You possess solid knowledge of one or more key business processes: purchasing, sales, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, finance, or management accounting;

• You have a strong analytical mindset, proven problem-solving abilities under pressure, and a clear talent for explaining complex topics to end-users;

• You are proactive, autonomous, well-organized with documentation, and genuinely customer-oriented.

Assets that will make a difference:

• Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV;

• Knowledge of the agri-food (agrifood), distribution, or logistics industries;

• Hands-on experience with ticketing platforms (Atlassian/Jira, Salesforce...) or project tracking tools (Azure DevOps, GitLab) and process automation (Microsoft Power Platform);

• Experience using AI tools to enhance customer service and support efficiency.
