Orisha is hiring a Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer to strengthen the technical core of its ERP solutions for the agrifood sector. You will work in a small, focused R&D team, developing extensions, integrating APIs, and guiding migration from legacy C/AL to AL for Cloud/SaaS deployments.

You will collaborate with the R&D Manager and leverage Visual Studio Code, Git, and Azure DevOps in a 100% cloud environment, applying domain knowledge of finance, inventory and production to deliver

Formación

• 2 to 3 years of demonstrable experience in direct development on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV.
• AL programming / Extensions as well as C/AL to support migration and cleanup of legacy developments toward Cloud/SaaS.
• Comfort in modern development environments (Visual Studio Code, Git, Azure DevOps) and the 100% Cloud ecosystem (Microsoft Azure).
• Understand operational business processes (finance, inventory, production) to build technical solutions aligned with business needs.
• Please speak fluent Spanish and master professional English (written and spoken).
• A real plus if you have SQL and C#, experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) or Power BI.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-End Development & Integrations: design, develop, test, and maintain custom apps and AL extensions in a Cloud/SaaS environment; manage integrations via APIs (Web Services, OData, REST).
• Migration & Upgrades Management: lead or contribute to Business Central version upgrades and legacy transition.
• Analysis & Technical Specifications: perform Gap-Fit analyses and draft technical specs addressing business challenges (purchases, sales, accounting, inventory/production).
• L3 Support & Problem Solving: handle debugging and code reviews; provide Level 3 support for complex issues.

Join our R&D team within the Agrifood Ibérica BU, made up of 5 passionate people who design and evolve our industry-specific ERP solutions for the wine, spirits, horticulture, and agriculture sectors.

As a Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer, you will work in close collaboration with Javier, your R&D Manager, and take responsibility for the technical core of our applications.

Your missions :

• End-to-End Development & Integrations : you design, develop, test, and maintain custom applications and AL extensions in a modern, high-performance, and scalable Cloud/SaaS environment. You develop and manage integrations via APIs (Web Services, OData, REST).
• Migration & Upgrades Management : you lead or contribute to Business Central version upgrades, ensuring extension compatibility, conflict resolution, and the transition of legacy developments (C/AL) to AL.
• Analysis & Technical Specificationsy : you perform Gap-Fit analyses and draft technical specifications addressing operational business challenges (purchases, sales, accounting, inventory/production management).
• L3 Support & Problem Solving : you handle debugging and back-end code reviews, and provide Level 3 technical support on complex issues requiring deep expertise.

Who are you ?

• You have 2 to 3 years of demonstrable experience in direct development on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV.

• You master AL programming / Extensions as well as C/AL to support the migration and cleanup of legacy developments toward Cloud/SaaS.

• You are comfortable in modern development environments (Visual Studio Code, Git, Azure DevOps) and the 100% Cloud ecosystem (Microsoft Azure).

• You understand operational business processes (finance, inventory, production) to build technical solutions perfectly aligned with business needs.

• You speak fluent Spanish and master professional English both written and spoken to work with technical documentation and communicate with our international entities.

• A real plus if you have : skills in SQL and C#, experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) or Power BI.

• You are recognized for your rigor, code cleanliness, analytical mindset, and concern for designing scalable architectures.

This position is available on a permanent contract (CDI), based in Spain (Zaragoza, Logroño, Valencia, or Seville).

Salary: €23,000 to €27,000 gross/year depending on profile.

Hours : Monday–Thursday: 08:00 AM–05:30 PM (flexible) / Friday and summer schedule: 08:00 AM–03:00 PM.
