Flowserve Spain SL is seeking a senior Experience & Adoption specialist to maximize the value of enterprise applications. You will bridge business users, ERP teams, and IT support to drive improvements and sustainable processes.

You will partner with global teams, monitor KPIs, document requirements, and translate opportunities into actionable demand items for delivery and modernization. English fluency required.

Formación

• Experience with Enterprise Applications (SAP/Oracle) and ERP environments.
• Understanding of end-to-end business processes across multiple domains.
• Experience collaborating with business users to improve usage of ERP apps.
• Involvement in ERP implementation, stabilization, or continuous improvement.
• Structured problem solving with strong analytical skills.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management in a global matrix.

Responsabilidades

• Develop understanding of supported business processes and enabling Enterprise Applications.
• Build trusted relationships with business users and stakeholders.
• Identify friction and improvement opportunities through analytics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase value and adoption.
• Translate improvements into documented demand items for Delivery & Modernization.
• Collaborate with Support teams to ensure sustainable outcomes.
• Support testing, hypercare, and transition to steady-state operations.
• Develop process documentation, user guidance, and best practices.
• Monitor KPIs related to user experience and adoption.
• Provide insights and recommendations across the application landscape.
