NTT DATA in Madrid, Spain is seeking an Associate Networking Technical Services (TS) Systems Integration Specialist. This entry-level role focuses on learning to configure, install and troubleshoot less complex issues within the TS Systems Integration team.

You will work towards associate level certification while developing business knowledge to support configurations, installations and break/fix events across projects, with on-site workplace.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA etc.

Responsabilidades

• Learns to start owning portions of an installation, break/fix incidents, and problem management during project lifecycle.
• Works with the Implementation Engineering team to meet client requirements.
• Action less complex configurations and installations.
• Attend to less complex break/fix events during project lifecycle.
• Provide support and work alongside Senior Associate/L2 and other senior support engineers.
• Performs any other related task as required.
