Datavant is seeking an Enterprise Technical Lead in Barcelona to own technical delivery and customer success across complex enterprise engagements. You will translate Datavant's linkage and real-world evidence capabilities into outcomes customers can act on, serving as a trusted technical partner to both clients and internal teams.

You will own end-to-end delivery, build deep understanding of customer ecosystems, and guide cross-functional partners to resolution while focusing on scalable

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• Proven ability to own complex, ambiguous customer-facing projects end-to-end
• Strong technical fluency across APIs, data workflows, integrations, and customer data systems

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end technical delivery of complex customer engagements, spanning multiple systems and stakeholders
• Understand customer ecosystems, data flows, and goals to design effective technical solutions
• Serve as technical quarterback for customer escalations with cross-functional partners
• Translate technical complexity into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences
• Approach ambiguity with structured thinking and a plan-based mindset
• Make trade-off decisions and drive them to resolution
• Develop business impact awareness and communicate value to customers and internal teams
• Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering and document implementations
• Identify repeatable patterns and opportunities for automation or scalable solutions
• Build trust-based, long-term customer relationships with reliable delivery
