Maisa seeks a Technical Account Manager to drive adoption and value realization for enterprise customers implementing our agentic AI platform. You will manage full deployments, lead discovery, and coordinate cross‑functional delivery.

Based in Spain with up to 25% travel, you’ll work with CS, engineering, and executive stakeholders to ensure successful rollouts and measurable outcomes.

Formación

• Experience leading enterprise technology implementations at scale.
• Proven ability to onboard customers, train programs, and drive change.
• Strong program management with multiple workstreams and executive stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of modern cloud infra (AWS/Azure) and APIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Business Spanish and English proficiency; other languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise platform rollouts across departments with detailed project plans.
• Coordinate onboarding: technical setup, process mapping, user training.
• Track KPIs and provide status updates to executives.
• Develop scalable training programs and adoption materials.
• Serve as primary liaison between customer teams and Maisa resources.
