Maisa is seeking a Technical Account Manager to drive adoption, expansion, and value realization for enterprise customers deploying our agentic AI platform. You’ll own the full lifecycle of deployments, from discovery through technical implementation and broad organizational adoption, coordinating across departments and stakeholders.

• Experience leading enterprise tech implementations at scale.
• Proven ability to onboard customers, train teams, and manage change.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% across Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise-wide platform rollouts across customer departments with multiple streams and milestones.
• Coordinate onboarding activities: technical setup, discovery, mapping, training, and knowledge transfer.
• Establish KPIs and report progress to executives; manage risks proactively.
• Develop scalable enablement programs and maintain a use-case repository for expansion opportunities.
• Serve as primary liaison for technical and operational issues during implementation.
