Maisa is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join our Client Services team in Spain. You will own engagement from process discovery through solution design and build, deeply understanding client automation use cases and producing precise specifications for AI Automation Engineers.

You will lead discovery, design TO-BE processes, define KPIs, and ensure feasibility with the delivery team. Strong communication across business and technical stakeholders is essential; travel up to 25% is expected.

Formación

• Experience in consultancy across solutions architecture or BPM/process consulting.
• Proven ability to deliver technical specifications that engineers can implement.
• Strong communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead process discovery sessions with client stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and map end-to-end workflows.
• Design TO-BE processes with Digital Workers, and define scope, KPIs, and success criteria.
• Hand off specifications to AI Automation Engineers with clear design intent and support during build and UAT.
