Qualifications

• 3+ years in client-facing roles such as Solutions Engineering or technical sales.
• Strong consultative selling with a customer-first mindset.
• Hands-on experience with agentic software development.
• Translate complex requirements into practical solution architectures.
• Ability to communicate with business stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Experience scoping and pricing projects within real-world deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Preferred: enterprise sales cycle experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers during client discovery to understand business challenges and objectives.
• Identify appropriate solutions across creative services, technology, AI tooling, or hybrids.
• Design tailored solution architectures aligned with products and capabilities.
• Define scope, pricing, and commercial proposals for systems-related opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering and studio teams to validate feasibility and estimation.
• Guide opportunities through internal technical reviews before engineering allocation.
• Coordinate transition of signed projects to AI Deployment Strategists with documentation and guidance.
• Maintain relationships with strategic enterprise accounts as a trusted technical contact.
• Identify recurring needs and share insights to inform product roadmap.
• Develop reusable sales resources and deliver internal training for sales teams.
