Maisa is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join our Client Services team. You'll own the engagement from process discovery through solution design, right up to the build line.

Your job is to deeply understand client automation use cases, architect the optimal Digital Worker solution, and produce specifications so clear that an AI Automation Engineer can build without ambiguity. You define the what and why; the engineer handles the how.

Formación

• Demonstrable consultancy experience across solutions architecture or BPM.
• Experience with enterprise clients on process transformation.
• Ability to run discovery sessions and whiteboard solution approaches on the spot.
• Strong process mapping with AS-IS/TO-BE methodologies.
• Produce technical specifications that engineering teams can execute against without ambiguity.
• Hands-on experience applying AI in practical business contexts.
• Strong communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience scoping and estimating project work.
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Lead process discovery sessions with client stakeholders, uncovering automation opportunities and mapping end-to-end workflows.
• Document AS-IS processes, identify inefficiencies, and assess automation potential.
• Define scope, KPIs, and success criteria for each use case in collaboration with the client and delivery team.
• Create clear, actionable technical specifications including process flows, decision logic, integration points, and data mappings.
• Validate that proposed solutions are technically feasible and aligned with business objectives.
• Hand off specifications to AI Automation Engineers with no ambiguity and remain available during the build phase.
