Destinus, a fast-scaling aerospace company, is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Business Applications and ERP. You will own ERP, finance, and other business platforms across the organization, coordinating with implementation partners and cross-functional process owners to drive end-to-end delivery.

From requirements and design through data migration, cut-over, go-live and hypercare, you will maintain clear decisions and configurations to keep knowledge in-house, while guiding governance,

• 10+ years of project management experience in business applications and ERP.
• Deep understanding of core business processes: finance, procurement, supply chain, operations and manufacturing.
• Proven experience with data migration, UAT, cut-over planning and go-live.

Responsabilidades

• Own ERP and business application projects end to end: scope, planning, budget, execution, quality and closure.
• Lead large cross functional stakeholder groups across Finance, Operations, Production, HR and IT, keeping up to 100 project participants aligned and informed.
• Translate business processes and requirements into clear project scope, functional decisions and system design choices with process owners.
• Manage external implementation partners and consultants: contracts, deliverables, timelines, acceptance and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
• Plan and run the hard phases of ERP delivery: data migration, testing and UAT, cut-over planning, go-live and hypercare.
• Run project governance: steering committees, status reporting, risk and issue management, change control and budget tracking.
• Coordinate integrations and dependencies between business platforms and the wider IT landscape.
• Build in house capability: document processes, decisions and configurations so the knowledge stays in the company after each project.
• Keep structured, transparent reporting so leadership always knows the status, the risks and the decisions needed.
• 10+ years of project management experience in business applications and ERP environments.

As Senior Project Manager for Business Applications and ERP at Destinus, you own the projects that shape how the company runs: ERP, finance,operationsand other business platforms used across the organization. These are complex, cross functional programs that touch many departments and process owners at once, often delivered together with implementation partners. You plan and drive them end to end, from business requirements and process design through implementation, data migration, cut-over, go-live andhypercare, and you make sure the knowledge behind every decision and configurationstaysin the company.

KeyResponsibilities

• Own business application and ERP projects end toend:scope, planning, budget, execution,qualityand closure

• Lead large cross functional stakeholder groups across Finance, Operations, Production,HRand IT, keeping up to 100 project participants aligned and informed

• 10+ years of project management experience in business applications and ERP environments

• Several full cycle ERP implementations delivered end to end, ideally on Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Deep understanding of core business processes: finance, procurement, supply chain,operationsand manufacturing

• Proven experience with data migration, UAT, cut-over planning and go-live in complex environments

• Strongtrack recordmanaging external implementation partners and consultants

• Experience aligning large stakeholder groups and running steering committees up to executive level

• Confident with both waterfall and agile delivery, and with structured status reporting

• Fluent English; German or Spanish are a plus

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus; manufacturing or aerospace industry experience is a plus
